The GeoWarehouse® team is pleased to announce that we recently entered into a partnership with Protect Your Boundaries (PYB), a leader in property and boundary expertise.
As a result of this partnership, GeoWarehouse® now has access to PYB’s easement counter technology that will enable a new Easement Indicator in the solution. This technology will notify users of all easements that affect each and every property in Ontario.
In addition to the new Easement Indicator technology, real estate, and land professionals will now be able to purchase PYB’s Buyer’s Reports, Seller’s Reports, and Easement Reports through the GeoWarehouse e-Store. These reports summarize key information from official land registry records into a simple report – allowing you to remain the expert in the transaction.
