How often is the land registry data in GeoWarehouse updated?

Property title transfers that are registered electronically are updated to the GeoWarehouse database within 15 days (the majority of property transfers are registered electronically). Transfers that are registered in paper locally at the Land Registry Office take up to 45 days to be updated within the GeoWarehouse database. 

If you require instant access to property title data or property ownership information you can obtain it by purchasing a Parcel Register* (POLARIS Parcel Register*) in the GeoWarehouse store which will give you the property title data instantly. This is important because property title documents can change at any time and having the most recent, current record will ensure that you have current and accurate information.
