What is included in the neighbourhood information?

Neighbourhood Sales provides you with information that will help you impress your clients.

Neighbourhood information includes:

1. Neighbourhood Sales Comparables – This will provide you with comparable sales in the neighbourhood where the subject property is located. This data will help you determine/establish a value for the property.

2. Demographic data – This data contains detailed information about the neighbourhood your client is considering living in.

3. Property Images – Property images include exterior images of the property, aerial and bird’s eye views.

How to get neighbourhood sales information?

1. From the GeoWarehouse home page, locate the subject property by performing a search by address, address range, name or PIN.

2. Click on the link titled “Neighbourhood Sales”.

3. Here you can review the Neighbourhood Sales in the selected area surrounding the subject property.
