What is an MPAC Assessment Report?

MPAC stands for Municipal Property Assessment Corporation. MPAC assesses each property and derives an “assessment value”. Municipalities use this value to determine the amount of property taxes. An MPAC Assessment report contains a great deal of information about the property itself as opposed to the history of the title of the property.
