Are there any restrictions with respect to how I can use the information?
GeoWarehouse subscribers are not allowed or permitted to replicate, reproduce or re-sell property title data (Parcel Register*). Re-licensing is strictly prohibited and property title data cannot under any circumstances be used to:
- market to a named individual
- market for a commercial purpose
- mass market/distribute public relations materials (e.g. door to door mailer)
