The 2020 Canadian Mortgage Award nominations are now live! Teranet is a finalist in the Centum Award for Industry Service Provider of the Year.

Presented by Canadian Mortgage Professional in partnership with the Coalition of Independent Mortgage Brokers of Canada (CIMBC), the Canadian Mortgage Awards is the benchmark of excellence for mortgage professionals and organizations across the spectrum of mortgage brokering.
The Centum Award for Industry Service Provider of the Year recognizes the service provider that adds the most value to its customers’ businesses. Eligible service providers include, but are not limited to, software and technology, legal, compliance, training, and education.
The criteria considered for nominations included:
- Unique value proposition and major strengths.
- Industry’s need for the service.
- Overall service and client strategy.
- Major improvements or upgrades made in the last 12-18 months.
- How the service has added value.
- Overall commitment to its customers.
Winners will be selected by a panel of industry experts and revealed at the black-tie awards gala, which will welcome over 600 industry professionals on April 15 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto.
“The Canadian mortgage community has spoken, and we’re fortunate to have so many mortgage professionals who are truly worthy of recognition,” Canadian Mortgage Professional’s managing editor Kimberly Banks said.

Teranet was also nominated for the Centum Award for Industry Service Provider of the Year in 2019 and won the award.
