A New Learning Curriculum
This year, we’ve taken a new approach and re-imaged our curriculum to provide relevant learning pathways based on:

- Your Skill Level (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced)
To dive deeper, we spoke with Alicia Flores, our Customer Success and Training Specialist, about what to expect from this revamped learning experience.
Q: Let’s focus on the Agent-focused training. Can you tell us about the beginner course designed exclusively for real estate sales professionals?
Alicia: Absolutely! The beginner course, “Getting Started with GeoWarehouse for Agents,” is perfect for agents who are new to the platform. It covers the basics, like navigating GeoWarehouse search window, account settings, and generating property reports. It also introduces agents to the GeoWarehouse Store, where additional analysis tools are available for an additional investment.
Q: What can agents expect from the intermediate course?
Alicia: Our intermediate course, “Advanced Navigation and Intermediate Features for Agents,” dives deeper. Real Estate Agents will learn how to conduct more detailed property searches, such as searching by address, name, PIN, and condominium properties. We also explore the various reports available in the GeoWarehouse Store.
Q: And for those Real Estate Agents who want to take their skills to the expert level?
Alicia: For more advanced users, the “Advanced level focusing on mastering GeoWarehouse, optimizing its use, and solving complex challenges for Agents” expert course is where we really get into the weeds. We focus on generating comprehensive reports, such as Property Reports, and using the platform for due diligence. We even walk through real-world property risk assessment, helping agents interpret the data to make informed decisions.
