Kya believes that listening is the most important thing when it comes to the real estate market. Listening to customer needs enables her to understand their requirements and help them achieve their desired results.
“I understand it is valuable to receive feedback … data tells us a story and doesn’t lie,” she says. Kya shares that being an active member of the community helps her have a voice at the table and share relevant feedback.
Kya is also focused on connecting with her peers and customers despite the challenges of COVID-19. As in-person networking is difficult, she continues to use social channels and her mobile phone to check-in with them.
