This commitment led us to invest in Teranet Insighters, a community with over 2,000 members designed to amplify your voice. This year, we were able to connect with real estate industry professionals on a regular basis to gain the insights we needed to make important decisions about the future of our offerings. Let’s take a look back at what our community accomplished together in 2023.
Over the past year, our real estate insight community has welcomed over 220 professionals, marking a milestone of 1,065 members. The commitment and engagement of our members enabled us to achieve many activities in 2023, the results of which helped us make decisions about future product offerings and enhancements. Here are some key highlights:
- Members shared their experience with GeoWarehouse and provided insights into imagery options within the platform. This feedback allowed us to enhance our imagery offerings to better support you as you look into properties.
- Members shared their experience of their investment in a Parcel Register*, and why they find this report valuable. As a result, we supported the enhancement of Title Check within GeoWarehouse that is launching soon.
- Members, particularly those who are TRREB members, shared their notable experiences using the REALM platform. This feedback ensured that the new Multi-List Platform is beneficial for our clients and evolves alongside their business demands.
- Members contributed questions for industry experts at Teranet’s virtual Market Insight Forum, focused on “Combatting Real Estate Fraud in 2023.” This collaboration provided valuable insights into the current state of the market and offered key takeaways to support real estate professionals in their business.
- Members shared their experience with the new and enhanced GeoWarehouse.ca and GeoWarehouse Academy to maximize their GeoWarehouse subscription and elevate their value proposition in a competitive market. This feedback helped us understand what members thought about the new website and educational hub, including awareness of the latest features and tools.
