In 2019, we held two in-person events for Canadian real estate professionals to network and gather exclusive data analysis: the Teranet Market Insight Forum.

Re/Max Canada Home Value Estimator
In July of 2019, Re/Max Canada launched a new lead generation tool, Home Value Estimator, powered by Teranet.
This tool leverages the powers of Teranet’s national property information database to allow homeowners to estimate what their home could be worth if they were to list it.

Home Value Range
We also launched a new solution for agencies and brokerages to provide real-time valuations on Canadian residential properties: Home Value Range.
The Home Value Range solution enables real estate professionals, brokerages, and franchises to generate qualified leads, enhance digital strategies, and improve customer acquisition strategies.

Greater Toronto Top Employer 2020 Award

Matrix360 Coming to Canada
In 2019, we announced a new agreement between Teranet and CoreLogic® that is introducing Matrix360 to the Canadian market.
Matrix360 combines listing and property data for an efficient, integrated workflow.
